| | Resistance Machines and Free Weights: | The gym offers the state of the art air powered resistance equipment, with a fingertip resistance control which allows you to change the resistance easily. They also have a digital display, which shows your resistance and counts your repetitions. The machines are ideal for beginners and popular with adult and fit-teen circuits and offer the 20-minute “quick fix” workout. We offer a wide range of resistance machines which provide more control over the direction of the exercise and also provides support, which makes it safe and easier for beginners. Our dumbbells (free weights) require you to provide the control during exercise and are good for isolating specific muscles.
